Grace brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field, having served in key roles such as Clinical Administrator and Senior Executive Assistant. Her extensive background reflects a deep understanding of clinical operations and healthcare administration.
She currently leads True Care Health Staffing & Consulting Services, a subsidiary of True Care Staffing, which is well-established in the private home care sector. This new division expands the company’s reach by providing skilled healthcare professionals—including RNs, LPNs, PAs, and Medical Assistants—to doctor’s offices, mental health facilities, and urgent care clinics throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Tamara brings over 21 years of HR experience across the private and public sectors, with leadership roles such as Human Resources Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Client Acquisition Consultant in the Logistics and Distribution industries.
Her government experience includes positions with the Georgia Department of Revenue, Georgia Dept of Transportation and the Georgia Department of Labor, where she strengthened her expertise in workforce management and policy implementation.
Tamara has managed major accounts for companies like Masonite, Google, Rubbermaid, and Yamaha, demonstrating a strong record in talent acquisition, client relations, and strategic HR leadership.

REGINA KORANTENG
Regina is our Clinical Registered Nurse, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience and expertise in the nursing field. Her clinical background includes serving in critical care environments, having worked in the ICU and Step-Down Unit at both Emory Healthcare and Grady Memorial Hospital.
In addition to her clinical role, Regina serves as Managing Partner for both True Care Staffing and True Care Health Staffing & Consulting Services, where she plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction and clinical standards of the organization.
